Delivery costs are calculated by weight at checkout. Standard items (fabrics, homeware, small appliances, and more) qualify for free delivery on orders over R1,000.
Heavy and bulky items (large appliances, furniture) are subject to separate delivery rates displayed at checkout and are not eligible for free delivery.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your order number. To start a return, email us at hello@homehypercity.co.za before sending anything back.
Please note: Cut or measured fabrics, haberdashery items (zips, needles, threads, buttons, etc.), and installed or assembled products cannot be returned, as these are customised or cannot be resold.
Faulty or defective items? You're covered. In line with the Consumer Protection Act, we'll arrange collection at no cost to you and offer a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of purchase.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
