Browse our collections, select the product and any variants (such as colour or size), and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to enter your delivery address and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your payment has been processed.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@homehypercity.co.za if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, our returns policy will apply.

Once your order has been collected by our courier, you'll receive a tracking number by email directly from the courier. You can also use the Track Order link in the top menu to follow your delivery.

Please inspect your parcel carefully upon delivery and report any shortages to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello@homehypercity.co.za with your order number and details of the missing item. Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be processed, as we are unable to hold courier partners liable once delivery has been completed and the waybill signed.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as EFT (electronic funds transfer) through our secure Peach Payments checkout. For EFT payments, processing begins once proof of payment has been received and funds have cleared.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, we are unable to process a return.

Yes, exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email hello@homehypercity.co.za with your order number and the details of what you'd like to exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Cut or measured fabrics — any fabric sold per metre or cut to a specified length, including dress fabrics, curtaining, and upholstery fabric
- Haberdashery items — zips, threads, needles, buttons, glues, fabric paints, dyes, and similar accessories
- Installed or assembled items — light fixtures, appliances, curtain rods, rails, or any item that has been mounted or assembled
These exclusions are in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act.

All returns must be requested by email before sending anything back. Contact us at hello@homehypercity.co.za with your order number and a description of the issue. Items returned without prior communication will not be processed.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For items that are defective or incorrectly fulfilled, Home Hyper City will arrange courier collection at our expense.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and returned to your original payment method. If your refund hasn't reflected after this period, check with your bank first — processing times vary by institution.

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of courier collection — not the date of payment:
- Gauteng: 3–5 working days
- All other provinces: 5–7 working days
These are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Remote or outlying areas may take longer.

Yes! We offer free standard delivery on orders over R1,000, delivered anywhere in South Africa. Your free shipping is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Please note that heavy and bulky items (such as large appliances and furniture) are excluded from free delivery and will always incur a delivery charge, which is displayed at checkout.
Orders under R1,000 are charged a flat shipping fee based on weight, starting from just R99. You can see the exact delivery cost at checkout before confirming your order.

Please inspect your parcel before signing the delivery note. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, crushed, or tampered with, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately at hello@homehypercity.co.za. A signed delivery note is taken as confirmation that goods were received in satisfactory condition.

Yes. Most of our fabrics are sold per metre. Simply enter the quantity you need at the product page — for example, entering "3" means 3 metres will be cut and dispatched for you.

We stock an extensive range including dress fabrics, curtaining fabrics, upholstery fabrics, sheers, linings, stretch fabrics, specialty fabrics, and more. As a main importer and supplier to over 500 stores nationwide, our range is one of the widest available in South Africa.

No. All cut or measured fabric is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of the reason. This applies to all fabric sold per metre. We recommend ordering a small quantity first if you are unsure about a colour or texture.

Care instructions vary by fabric type and are indicated on the product where available. Please follow the recommended care instructions carefully. Home Hyper City cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from incorrect cleaning, chemical treatment, or improper handling after purchase.

Yes. All online transactions are processed through Peach Payments, a leading South African payment gateway. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our systems.

Yes. EFT payment is accepted. Please email your proof of payment to hello@homehypercity.co.za once your transfer is complete. Processing begins once proof of payment has been received and funds have cleared.
Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. An order confirmation is sent to your email address immediately after payment. Please keep this as your proof of purchase — you'll need the order number for any returns or queries.
