Service was very slow for me 😒, I got what I wanted👌 but I couldn't get someone to help me out about 10-15 mins I was looking for someone on the floor😒. Staff/employees are not recogniseable, no uniform or name tags atleast😞, even approached a wrong person to assist me☹️, the said he doesn't work there.

Hope Hyper city has good products but they need to improve on their customer service…. The people who work with fabric have attitude and bad customer service…worse is that they will be speaking in a foreign language thinking we can’t hear them….it needs to stop ..I buy fabric there every week but customer service seems to be a problem
