At Home Hyper City, we’re committed to your satisfaction. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns process:

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Custom-made curtains
• Cut fabrics (including per-meter cuts)
• Assembled items that were received unassembled

Return Process

1. Ensure you have your proof of purchase
2. Items should be in original condition and packaging
3. Contact us at enquiries@homehypercity.co.za for return authorization

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

• Peach Payments: Up to 10 business days
• EFT: 4-7 working days

Please note: Handling fees up to 50% may apply to certain items.

Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds for:

• Items returned beyond 30 days
• Products not in original condition
• Items with missing parts (not due to our error)

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To initiate an exchange:

Important Shipping Notes

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• For items valued over R1000, we recommend tracked shipping or insurance
• Exchange delivery times vary by location
• We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns
